April 13, 2024 – FREE Intro to Tactical Emergency Casualty Care – CO SPGS

This entry level class to Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) is designed and intended for any individual with little to no basic emergency medical knowledge and skills.

We will discus:

• How to treat wounds that are common in defensive encounters and other emergency situations
• How to do an emergency patient assessment
• Assemble an effective medical kit
• Secure the scene

The goal is for students to gain the confidence to be able to react to, assess, and treat a variety of injuries.

THIS CLASS DOES NOT PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE AND DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A COLORADO CONCEALED CARRY CLASS.

CANCELLATION POLICY – If we have less than 10 signups for a class, we may have to cancel the class.  You will be notified by email if this occurs.  We apologize in advance if this occurs.  Any online donations will be promptly refunded if we cancel the class.

ATTENTION – ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM UNLESS THE ANIMAL ASSISTS WITH SIGHT IMPAIRED INDIVIDUALS OR IS SPECIFICALLY TRAINED TO COMPLETE NECESSARY TASKS FOR A SPECIFIC DISABILITY.  No emotional support animals.  Please respect this rule, it is necessary to preserve the learning environment for everyone.
